Using Wellmist
How do I use the Wellmist sprays?
Shake gently before use.
Hold the bottle upright and aim the nozzle under your tongue or inside your cheek.
Spray 8 times (one full serving).
Hold for 5–10 seconds before swallowing for optimal absorption.
Use once daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Are the sprays safe for daily use?
Yes. All Wellmist formulas are designed for daily use. Each ingredient is included at its clinically relevant threshold — not excessive doses. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before use.

Each bottle contains 30 servings (8 sprays per serving). At once-daily use, one bottle lasts one month. Check the expiration date on the bottom of each bottle. Once opened, use within 90 days for best potency.
